1. Who we are

“Clarity Library” is a bookstore and resource site operated by Coaching 4 Clarity (Lyndon B. Risser), based at 120 N. 25th Street, Suite 500, Lebanon, PA 17042. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Coaching 4 Clarity.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

Consultation requests. When you use the on-site scheduling form we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and the message you send.
Correspondence. If you email us directly, we keep that message and your reply history so we can follow up.

Information collected automatically

Standard server and access logs from our hosting provider (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) used to keep the site running and secure.
Essential cookies / local storage required for the site to function. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

What we do not collect

Book purchases are processed on third-party storefronts (Lulu and Amazon). Payment card details are handled entirely on those sites — we never see or store your card number.

3. How we use information

To respond to consultation and coaching inquiries.
To deliver the free sample and preorder materials you request.
To operate, secure, and improve the site.
To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

4. Third-party services we rely on

To run the site we use a small number of trusted providers. When you interact with them their own privacy policies apply.

Lulu and Amazon — book fulfillment and payment processing.
Lovable — hosting, database, and email delivery for site-generated messages.

5. Cookies

The site uses only essential cookies and browser storage needed for pages to load and remember non-identifying preferences (for example, the current position in the on-site reader). We do not currently run third-party analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes we’ll update this page.

6. How long we keep information

We keep consultation submissions while your inquiry is active and for a reasonable follow-up period after. You can ask us to delete your record at any time by emailing Admin@C4Conversations.com.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

Confirm what personal information we hold about you.
Correct information that is inaccurate.
Delete your information (subject to legitimate record-keeping needs).
Stop contacting you.

Send requests to Admin@C4Conversations.com. We honor reasonable GDPR- and CCPA-style requests regardless of where you live; we don’t claim any certification.

8. Children

Clarity Library is intended for readers age 13 and older. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, please contact us and we’ll delete it.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect the information we hold. No system on the internet is perfectly secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to this policy

When we make material changes we’ll update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, note the change on the site.
